At The Source Snowboard & Skate, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is in original, brand-new condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original shipping box and attach the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our main distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
